RETURNS

Please choose carefully as we currently do not offer refunds for returns.

If you'd like to exchange an item, please ensure it falls under the following conditions and email: support@forfranca.com

- Must be returned in unworn, as new condition. 

- Hygiene stickers must remain intact. 

- Include style name & size that you wish to exchange for. 

- Must be returned with customer name and order number.

Returns must be posted back to the provided address within 3 business days. Proof of return must be provided via email.

Items returned outside of this period, or outside the conditions outlined above will be returned to the customer at customer expense.

In the unlikely event you recieve a faulty item, refunds will be accepted within 7 days from the date your order is received.
